I understand and accept that if I cancel my reservation I will lose my deposit.
If I change my reservation before my arrival or once I arrive at Villas Punta Sur I will pay for 50% of the canceled days.
The total amount is due upon my arrival to Villas Punta Sur and is not refundable.
Villas Punta Sur will hold my reservation for the first 24 hours from my arrival date. If they do not receive notice from me, my reservation will be canceled.
